The True Hockey Program is a unique off ice training program designed to make hockey players ranging from 6 years old to the pro better understand “The Art of Shootiing.” Program Director and former pro Greg Gravel designed the program whihc is out of the BMO Centre in Bedford, NS. The program has been a great success and can be a maxium of 10 weeks. Greg has worked with all age groups from minor to senior women and has seen excellent results.
