14 year old Xavier Simoneau is a very talented rookie forward with the Gatineau Intrepides of the Quebec AAA Midget Hockey League. He was having an oustanding season until he was injured in January after a hit to the head. The 5 foot 7 forward is projected to be a high end pick at the 2017 QMJHL draft. Simoneau has only been attending school for half days but today was allowed to attend for the full day and for the first time since the concussion was allowed to return to the rink and watch his team practice.
