Ryan MacLellan is a 16 year old defenceman expected to play important role for Cape Breton West Islanders in the Nova Scotia Major Midget Hockey League during the 2016/17season. The Cape Breton Screaming Eagles draft pick has returned from the Eagles training camp and is eager to get started. MacLellan also owns a horse and barrel races around the maritimes when he finds time. John Moore caught up with MacLellan and coach Kyle MacDonald at the Early Bird tournament in Cole Harbour.
