Mooseheads rookie Maxime Fortier scored the game winning goal in overtime as Halifax defeated Val d’Or 4-3 to take a 3-2 lead in the best of 7 QMJHL semi final series. Fortier was the game’s 1st star and also had an assist after scoring 40 goals with Lac St Louis playing midget hockey this past season. Coach Ducharme also talks about Zach Fucale’s sterling performance.
