In a goalie dominate game, Connor Moynihan managed to strike and break the 0-0 tie for the Mooseheads on the powerplay with 44 seconds to play. The goalies had a battle to remember but the Remparts were penalized with 1:59 to play. Moynihan and Fortier carried the two-on-one and Fortier put it on Moynihan’s tape and he made no mistake beating Remparts goalie Callum Booth in the lethal last minute. Halifax proceeded to score an empy-netter after Booth was forced to the bench.
