Jacob Hudson is a rookie in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League after coming off a dream season with the Cape Breton West Islanders. The 16 year old Antigonish native captained the Nova Scotia Major Midget Hockey League champs to the 2017 Telus Cup and was named tournament MVP. The Moncton Wildcats forward is learning alot and is pleased with start but wants to improve and become a better offensive player and a face-off man. Coach Darren Rumble says Hudson has a very bright future but needs to continue to work on the little things to earn more ice time and opportunity. John Moore caught up with Hudson and Rumble prior to a 5-1 loss to the Mooseheads at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax Tuesday. (Oct 17/2017).
