Valley Wildcats coach Jeff O’Flaherty is excited for the 2016/17 Nova Scotia Major Midget Hockey League. O’Flaherty is returning behind the bench and expects the Wildcats to be a very competitive team. Goaltender Cole McLaren is expected to be the “backbone” of the team and O’Flaherty is preaching a very positive philosophy for his team. John Moore caught up with the Wildcats coach during the league’s annual Early Bird tournament at Cole Harbour Place.
