Switzerland’s Nico Hischier is beginning to find his stride with the Halifax Mooseheads in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. The 17 year old top prospect for the 2017 NHL Draft had an excellent weekend as the Mooseheads played 3 road games in 3 days on their first visit to Quebec. Hischier scored a highlight reel Friday in Shawinigan before 40 some NHL scouts, made a terrific pass for an assist vs the Armada Saturday and scored twice and added an assist in 3rd Star performance Sunday. John Moore caught up with the Mooseheads rookie after the final game of the trip.
