CIS goaltender of the year, Anthony Peters is heading to the Charlotte Checkers training camp soon. The 24 year old has signed a one year, 2 way (AHL/ECHL) contract with the Carolina Hurricanes organization. Peters had a taste of AHL action last year in Rochester and trained in Halifax this summer for the upcoming season. John Moore spoke to Peters following a recent practice.
