Siobhan MacDonald will be one of Nova Scotia’s 2 flag bearers for the 2017 Canada Summer Games in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The 19 year old from Mabou is competing in his 2nd Games in para sailing and finished 4th in 2013. She will be the flag bearer for the closing ceremonies and is hoping to have a medal in her grasp when Nova Scotia files in for the closing. John Moore caught up with MacDonald at the Canada Games Pep Rally earlier today at the Grade Parade in downtown Halifax.
