Saint John Sea Dogs selected Shane Bowers in the 2nd Round of the QMJHL midget draft in Charlottetown PEI. Bowers was re=entered into the draft as he did not report to Cape Breton and played with Waterloo in the USHL this past season. Young explains why the Sea Dogs drafted the Halifax native.
