RNS top scorer James Walker is having an excellent season with the Riverhawks. The Grade 12 student in his 2nd season with the Saint John NB private school. He is a power forward at 6 foot 1 200 pounds and brings a scoring touch. He is leading his team in scoring, averaging a point a game and is receiving plenty of attention from junior teams. John Moore caught up with Walker and coach Jeff Lewis at the 2017 East Coast IceJam in Bedford, NS where the Riverhawks lost to the Halifax Macs 2-1 in a semi final. Walker scored the Riverhawks only goal in the semi final.
