The Halifax Mooseheads and Gatineau Olympiques played an exciting, high-scoring game on Saturday night at the Scotiabank Centre. The teams broke out of the gate, scoring 3 goals a piece in the first period. The Olympiques started to run away with the game late in the second, and finished the night scoring 5 unanswered goals. The winning effort was capped off my Olympiques import Vitalii Abramov as he converted a hat trick, in his 5 point effort. The game took place January 9th, at the Scotiabank Centre.
