New York Rangers prospect Morgan Barron is back home in Halifax, Nova Scotia after a busy and exciting month behind him. The 18 year old St Andrews College graduate was drafted in the 6th round of the 2017 NHL draft by the New York Rangers. Barron then races of fto the Rangers development camp and is now busy preparing for his freshman year at Cornell. John Moore caught up with the 6 foot 3 210 lb winger and one of his coaches, Tom Lee after an early morning skate at the Civic Arena in Halifax. Barron discusses the past month, the season ahead and why he never had an opportunity to play in Nova Scotia’s provincial program.
