Nova Scotia has never had a homegrown player reach the NBA but that could change. Lindell Wigginton is turning heads after an outstanding season with Oak Hill Academy and has a scholarship to Iowa State in September. Wigginton was named the Sport Nova Scotia Team Male Athlete of the Year Saturday and now turns his focus to the FIBA U19 Gold Cup coming up in Ethiopia in July.
