NHL scout Dennis Fugere returns to rinks across the Canadian Hockey League after being diagnosed with cancer just over a year ago. The LA Kings scout for the past decade has undergone stem cell transplant and chemotherapy and lost 30 lbs in the process. He is now in remission and has been given permission to return to scouting. Fugere credits the doctors, his support group and the Kings for helping him get to this stage. John Moore caught up with “The Fuge” this past weekend at the Scotiabank Centr in Halifax.
