NHL Central Scouting Director Dan Marr is so impressed with Halifax Mooseheads 2017 NHL Draft Prospect Nico Hischier he excpects it to be a 2 horse race for 1st overall pick in Chicago this summer. The Swiss born Hischier is currentled ranked #2 behind Brandon Wheat Kings forward Nolan Patrick. Both will serve as captains at the CHL/NHL Prospects game in Quebec City Monday. Marr sits down with John Moore Friday night at the Marcel Dionne Centre in Drummondville, Quebec prior to Hischier’s final game in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League before heading to captain Team Orr. Marr discusses what Hischier has done to deserve the #2 ranking and what might happen over the next few months.
