Mason Beck is a 15 year old forward with the South Shore Mustangs of the Nova Scotia Major Midget Hockey League. Despite being a rookie, he is looked to as a leader on the team. The undersized forward is 3rd in team scoring and 11th in NSMMHL rookie scoring with 17 points in 28 games. His coach Paul Hunt is looking for more leadership from the graduate of the Western Hurricanes major bantam program in the New Year. Bridgewater NS native is hoping to be selected at the QMJHL draft this summer.
