Jack Van Boekel of the Val d’Or Foreurs and Halifax Mooseheads winger Connor Moynihan dropped the gloves Sunday afternoon in a Quebec Major Junior Hockey League game at Scotiabank Centre. Moynihan didn’t like a hit the 20 year old Foreurs defenceman put on Nico Hischier and challenged the veteran Dman. Unfortunately the pair never really were able to swing away due to the the officials quick actions once they leaned up against the goal.
