Boko Imama is enjoying an excellent final season in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League with the Saint John Sea Dogs. The overage power forward is closing in on a potential 40 goal season and is considered one of the most feared players as he plays a rugged game and frequently drops the gloves. The Tampa Bay Lightning prospect was forced to miss almost a month last season when he was suspended and discovered he had some valuable skills as the team barber. His teammates now go to him for their cuts and Imama enjoys sharing his advice with his teammates. John Moore sits down with Imama recently to discuss some of the players around the QMJHL and what he thinks of some of the various styles. Teammates Nathan Noel, Thomas Chabot and Bailey Webster all agree Imama has gained their confidence with the scissors.
