Andre Tourigny was coach of the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies for 10 1/2 seasons before leaving to pursue an assistant coach position in the NHL with Colorado Avalanche. He was an extremely successful coach, GM and consultant for the franchise but severals months ago signed a 5 year contrac to become the coach of the Halifax Mooseheads. The popular Tourigny returns to his hometown for the first time as the Mooseheads bench boss.
