2017 NHL Draft prospect Maxime Comtois is in his 2nd season with the Victoriaville Tigres of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, The 6 foot 2 200 lb winger was the 3rd overall pick of the 2015 QMJHL drafted and had a remarkable rookie season with 60 points in 62 games. This season the points haven’t come as quickly but his coach Louis Robitaille is pleased with his progress. Comtois played for Team Quebec against the Russians in the Super Series earlier this season. John Moore caught up with Comtois and his coach prior to a recent game with the Mooseheads at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax. Comtois did not dress due to injury but here are some highlights from his season to date.
